With mildly bad news comes great news

Bad news: no podcast today. Good news: livestreaming tomorrow morning.

Today, I recorded several shows, unfortunately all of them are set to release in the future.

What I can tell you, however, is that I’ll be on a livestream tomorrow morning (Saturday, February 25) at 10:10 am Eastern Standard Time/7:10 am Pacific Standard Time.

I’ve only been to Minnesota a couple times but it was for layovers at the airport in the Twin Cities, but even with my relative unfamiliarity with the Gopher State, I’m sure we’ll have a great chat.

And if you are reading this…you are…and know anyone in the greater Walsh family, please spread the word to them. This family made a huge impact on me in the 1990s and they are from Minnesota originally.

Last I heard the folks were in Hong Kong, the daughter was in London, and the son an intrepid newspaper reporter in Washington, D.C.

I can’t say they shaped my childhood, but definitely had an impact on my young adulthood (and they still do—secretly—to this day).

I haven’t heard from them in over 20 years, however.
